Of the living; but the dead returning lightly dance.

  1. Attended Veterans Day Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park in North Palm Beach Florida this morning at 9am. World War I was definitely not neglected. Living veterans from the 1950s thru today were honored as well.

  2. Wonderful photos. I would be interesting in using some for future blog posts - do you know to whom I might apply for permission or if it is needed?

  3. I attended a moving event which was serious and respectful for all past and present who have defended the West and given Australia the extraordinary life that we enjoy today in Canberra, the federal capital of Australia in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) It was extremely hot! I find it puzzling and upsetting that so many want to give it away.
It was 98 years since Armistice and 75 years anniversary since the Australian War Memorial was officially opened. We in Australia have much to thank Charles Bean for his vision.
